It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doctor David Shelton (Boonville, Indiana), who passed away on January 13, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Shelton and Jeannette Shelton (Guthrie); his sister Janice; his brother-in-law Val George; his nephew Daryl George; and his pet Charlie.

He is survived by: his sister Beth Ashley (Ronnie); and his nephews, Steve George (Stacy), Tim George (Becky), Greg Ashley (Jama), Chad Ashley (Lucy) and Sean Ashley (Toni).
