He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Jane Banks. He is survived by: his children, Pam Banks Boarman (Kim) and Scott Banks (Linda); his grandchildren, Misty Boarman of Jacob, Erin Banks and Justin Banks; and his great grandchildren, Keili Aiken, Easton Boarman and Maelynn Boarman.
