He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvy Frasier and Marie Frasier (Weber); and his siblings, Joann Mosely and Kenny Frasier. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Frasier (Willett); his children, Kimberly Oakes (Benjamin) and Dennis Frasier, II; his brother Larry Frasier (Wanda); his grandchildren, Chaise Frasier (Jennifer) and Riley Oakes; and his great grandchildren, Lillian Frasier, Adelyn Frasier and Evelyn Frasier.
