He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Perry and Helen Irene Haynes (Shoulders). He is survived by: his wife Lisa A. Haynes (Jacobs); his children, Levi Haynes (Angie), Jodi Haynes and Darbi Haynes Lawrence (Greg); his grandchildren, Austin Haynes, Emma Haynes, Archer Haynes and Samantha Lawrence; and his brothers, Perry Haynes, Gary Haynes and Scott Haynes.
