He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold T. Hay and Ollie F. Hay (Mounts); and his siblings, Mary Ann Whitney and Billy Hay. He is survived by: his children, Bryan D. Hay (Wendy), Matthew R. Hay (Julia) and Breanne W. Sinclair (Jacob); his sister Carolyn Jaquess (Hay); and his grandchildren, David C. Hay, Ally M. Hay, Kendall M. Hay, Leighton S. Sinclair and Chase C. Sinclair.
