There will be a Masonic service Monday evening at 6:30 P.M. and a UMWA service at 6:45 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, (Greater KY and Southern Indiana, 6100 Dutchmans Ln, Ste 401, Louisville, KY, 40205) in honor of his daughter, Lois Addington Smith.
