He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jane Folz. He is survived by: his siblings, Rosalee Folz, Phyllis Smith and Jerry Folz (Judy); his nieces and nephews, Sherri Lee Wilson, Julie Elliot, Derrick Smith and Jason Smith; his stepdaughter Patricia Ellis; and his stepgrandsons, Rick Galloway and Josh Galloway. He is also survived by 5 great nieces and 4 great nephews.
