He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jones and Louise Farmer (Goodman); his siblings, Roger Farmer, Clara Mae Barnett, Linda Bass and Sue Bass; and his grandson Robert Joseph Jones II.
He is survived by: his close friend Linda Volz; his children, Tina Norman, Jessica Lauderdale (Tim), Charla Cline, Debbie Hunt (David), Dawn Merrick (Harvey), Kalinda Curtis (Tony), Bobby Joe Jones (Kim), Terry Volz and Thomas McAdams; and his siblings, Barbara Dotson, Nancy Welborn, Joe, Steve and Mike Farmer. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
