She was predeceased by: her parents, James Moehlenkamp and Dorothy Moehlenkamp; her husband Henry "Hank" Stephan; her grandson Christopher R. Woods; her sisters, Julia Ann Moehlenkamp, Margaret Louise "Peggy" Beaven and Cynthia Elizabeth Moehlenkamp-Smith; her parents-in-law, Henry and Lorraine Stephan; her stepmother-in-law Germaine Stephan; and her brother-in-law Robert Beaven.

She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Moehlenkamp (Tonnemacher), Karen Sayre (Bruce) of Alexandria, IN, Keith Stephan (Rebecca), Lori Stephan and Amy Woods (Sam); her sister Marilyn Baehl (Albert) of Boonville, IN; her brother-in-law Lee Smith of Mancos, CO; and her grandchildren, Mary Sayre of Kokomo, IN, Megan, Jordyn Sayre, Catherine Stephan (Reese), Anthony Schmitt-Woods, Devan Woods and El Paso. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Clements Ladies Club, St. Mary's Catholic School in Alexandria, IN.
