She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Joseph Hulsey (Divina), Scott Hulsey (Rita), Bob Hulsey (Angela) and Shannon Hulsey; and her brother Dennis White (Peggy). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
