He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Garland and Daisey Garland (Gentry); his wife Ruby Garland (Hall); and his sister Kathryn Barnett. He is survived by: his daughters, Jane Rabe (Al) of Jeffersonville, IN and Peggy Hargett (Andy) of Mt. Vernon, IN; his grandchildren, Brooke Hart (Ryan), Erin Cleary (Damon) and Emily Lees (Matt); his great grandchildren, Travis, Taylor Hart, Logan Cleary, Harper and Nolan Lees; and his brother Victor Garland (Marilyn). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and extended family.
