He is survived by: his significant other Geneva Midkiff (Bennett); his children, Aleta Rittichier (Thom), Teresa Cardwell (Bill), Yvonne Dooms (James) and Stephen Midkiff (Kim); his grandchildren, Nathanael, Laura, Jonathan, Joshua, Kaley, Elizabeth, Michelle, Jennifer, Danna, Megan, Kathryn, Bennett, Drennen, Maelee, Stephen Jr., Hannah, Elliot and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Kalo, Niko, Abraham, Arabella, Elijah, Sahara, Isaiah, Tobiah, Savanna, Azariah, Tirzah, Shiloh, Alexander, Daniel, Isobel, Joseph, Nathan, Autumn, Parker, Harper, Natalya and Elliot.
