She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith of Newport Beach, CA, Lisa Smith of Indianapolis, IN and Lynn Mankin (Lee) of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Aaron Morgan (Kristy) of Cory, IN, Leigh, Rosalyn and Maxwell Smith; her great grandchildren, A. J. Morgan, Keegan and Kane Skinner of Cory, IN; her siblings, Barbara Winstead (Bill) and Gary Barnett (Connie); and her pet Boze. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
