She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Leonard and Nora Leonard (Simpson); her husband Alvis Leslie, Jr; her son Steve Leslie; her siblings, Aileen Tremper, Dorothy McLaughlin and LeRoy Leonard; and her son-in-law Tony Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara, Linda Payne of Chandler, IN and Roger Leslie (Sabrinia) of Murray, KY; her grandchildren, David Leslie (Wendi), Morgan Hale (Kris), Holly Inglish (Jimmy), Derek Leslie (Vicki), Ryan Leslie, Emily McReynolds (Jamie), Sara Waddell (Tony), Brian Payne and Blake Payne (Colleen); and her siblings, Louise Lamping and Jerry Leonard (Emma Sue).
