She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemuel Chumbley and Hildred Chumbley (Osborne); her husbands, James E. Boling and Frank Spain; her son James A. Boling; and her grandson Logan Gentry.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Gentry (Guy) of Boonville, IN, Jenni Radcliff of Orlando, FL and Dennis Boling (Brady) of Lynnville, IN; her daughter-in-law Julie Boling; her grandchildren, Shannon Hart (Chad), Ryan Gentry (Lesley), Brandon Gentry (Ashlee), Ashley Boling, Cory Boling, Abbi Patrick (Zac), Lisa Washburn (David), Matt Garrett (Jamie), Adam Overton, Jordon Reyes (Kevin), Kylie Boling and Parker Boling; her great grandchildren, Haiden, Hadley, Tyler, Lauren, Caleb, Brody, Brynn, Kaylee, Dane, Dallas, Willow, Clementine, Hope, Aubry, Claire, Emerson, Patrick and Jaxson; and her friend Doris.
