He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Bennett and Genevieve Bennett; his wife Pat; his daughter Kathryn Bennett Skelton; and his sisters, Margaret Ann Keeping and Barbara Cooke.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Bennett (Tina) of Henderson, KY, Susan Gore (Jeff) of Boonville, IN. and Ann Sutton (Woody) of Boonville, IN.; his grandchildren, Shawn Sutton (Charlene Christmas) of Boonville, IN, Allison Keys (Jerrod) of Boonville, IN, Jeffrey Gore (Kalyn) of Boonville, IN, Abby Gore (Jordan Hedinger) of Boonville, IN, Hannah Trine (Cody) of Boonville, IN, Caleb Skelton (Allie Buttry) of Indianapolis, IN, Matt Gore (Lindsey) of Houston, TX and Sam Bennett (Christie) of Newburgh, IN.; his great grandchildren, Bennett, Bryson, Berkleigh, Brielle Keys, Henry, Maggie Bennett, Oliver, Griffin Hedinger and Jack Gore; and his brother William Bennett (Barbara) of Lodi, CA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
