He was predeceased by: his father Frank Hennings; his wife Patty Lee Smith; and his brothers, Bill and Jack Hennings. He is survived by: his sons, Bret Hennings (Cindy) of Boone Grove and Chad Hennings (Melissa) of Fowler; his grandchildren, Megan Hernandez (Eder), Corey Nimtz (Bayle) and Joshua Hennings; his great grandchild Emilia Hernandez; and his sister Darlene Hennings.
