He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion M. Meeks and Edna I. Meeks (Gilbert); his wife Jeanne; and his siblings, Kenneth Meeks, Wendy Meeks, William Meeks, Robert Meeks, John Meeks, Evelyn Kolbe, Ruth Newman and Betty Meeks.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa A. Marsh (Brian T.) of Muncie.
