She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Milby and Mabel Milby (Jump); her spouse Jerry A. Cobb; and her sisters, Judy Cooley and Wilma Freeze.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Toliver (William) of Bluffton, Theresa Roebel (Tom) of Angola, Curt Cobb (Mary Jane) of Charlotte, NC, James A. Cobb of Ft. Wayne and Timothy Cobb of Ft. Wayne. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
