He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Johnson and Helen W. Johnson (Johnston); and his sisters, MaryLou Bumgarner and Sally Miller. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Cunningham of Bluffton, Jackie Hoffman (Dan) of Decatur and Doug Johnson of Bluffton; his grandsons, Jason Johnson of Craigville, Jeremy Turner of Bluffton and Myles Hoffman of Berne; and his great grandchildren, Hunter White and Mylee Hoffman.
