He was predeceased by: his father Richard Wendling; and his brother Michael Wendling. He is survived by: his mother DeAna Wendling; his wife Brenda Peterson; his children, Jeremy Wendling (Beth Ann) of Huntington and Paige Moore of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Dustin, Rae, Dane, Patton, Penelope, Basil and Milo; and his siblings, Teresa (Nelson), Suzanne Carman of Portales, NM, Scott Wendling of Claremont, CA and Nathaniel Wendling (Julie) of Glendora, CA..
