Kerby of Cookeville, Tenn.; her brother Michael D. Kizer Jr. (Brenda) of Bluffton, Ohio; her close friend Phillip R. Hochadel of Jeffersonville, IN; and her stepmother Sherry Kizer of Lima, OH.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
