He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Stout and Beatrice Stout (Stout). He is survived by: his spouse Jean Gerhard; his sons, Raymond Stout (Chasity) of Bluffton and Steve Stout (Courtney) of Bluffton; his stepchildren, Eugene Collins (Robin) of Bluffton and Christina Bailey (Dustin) of Royalton, KY; and his sisters, Judy Clifford (Larry) of Bluffton, Bonnie Eti of Bluffton and Kay Mohler of Duluth, MN.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
