She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Jr. Bell and Shirley Bell (Jones); and her sister Arlene Hunt. She is survived by: her daughter Marcia Tarr of Bluffton; her brother David Bell (Janet) of Fort Wayne; her granddaughter Kendra L. Mann (Brian) of Yorktown; and her great grandchildren, Owen and Reagan Mann of Yorktown.
