It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Hoffman of Bluffton, Indiana, who passed away on March 13, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Geraldine Hoffman (Miller). He is survived by: his father Neil Hoffman; his wife Alesia J. Vaughn; his son Shaun Ison (Jennifer) of Columbia City; his grandchildren, Olivia Ison, Jacob Hyser and Damion Ison; his mother-in-law Hedy Vaughn of Bluffton; and his sister-in-law Kay Vaughn.

In honor of Mark's love for animals, especially dogs, memorial contributions may be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals "ASPCA".
