She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Weitzel and Lona Weitzel (Zobrosky); her husband Charles "Chuck" H. Ebbinghouse; her daughter Donna Hysong; and her siblings, Robert Weitzel, Larry Weitzel, Byron Weitzel, Rex Weitzel, Gerald Michael, Connie Sue Vorndran and Marilee Rupley.
She is survived by: her son Gary Ebbinghouse (Diana) of Bluffton, Indiana; her grandchildren, Rodney Ebbinghouse (Melissa), Rita Ebbinghouse, Rene Phillippe (Jason) and Amy Bontrager; and her great grandchildren, Chase Ebbinghouse, Kendyl Ebbinghouse, Jillian Phillippe, Josie Phillippe, Jarrett Phillippe and Chandler Hughes.
