He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin W. Crandall and Nora A. Crandall (Neff); and his brother William K. Crandall. He is survived by: his wife Margaret of Bluffton; his daughter Cheryl Sills (Richard) of Bluffton; his sister Rebecca Steury of Bluffton; his grandchildren, Jamie Hillhouse (Mark) of Greenwood, Eric Sills (Emily) of Noblesville and Laura Sills (Abu Sesay) of Fort Wayne; and his great grandchildren, Aidan Patrick Sills, Hailey Lynn Hillhouse, Cole Michael Hillhouse, Caleb Parker Hillhouse, Nicholas Scott Sills and Claire Ann Sills.
Memorials may be made to the First Reformed Church or Heartland Hospice.
