He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul and Ruth Witter (Ellis). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Cadwallader; his children, Terri Miller (Bruce) of Bluffton and Mitch Witter (Linda) of Naples, FL; his sister Carolyn Osborne of Manteno, IL; and his grandsons, Tim Miller (Kristen), Jeff Miller (Julayne), Doug Miller (Nikki), Alex Witter (My) and Ben Witter (Kelli). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
