He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Toliver and Dorothy Lee Toliver (Barrett); his wife Mary Ellen Bennett; his children, William Toliver (Lisa) of Bluffton, Timothy Toliver of Knoxville, TN, James Toliver (Erika) of Bluffton, Michelle Toliver of Maryville, TN, Katheryn Perry of Bluffton and Melinda Zraidi (Mehdi) of Bluffton; and his brothers, Danny Toliver (Connie) of Knoxville, TN and William Jay Toliver. He was also cherished by grandchildren and 15 amazing great-grandchildren.
