He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold W. Waters and Martha W. Waters (Allen); and his brother Wayne Waters. He is survived by: his wife Jane Teresa Waters (Smekens); his daughter Sara L. Miskin (Ryan) of Elgin, S. C.; and his grandsons, William and Alexander Miskin. He is also survived by grandpa as Buddy, along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.
