He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Frank and Patricia A. Frank. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Frank of Bluffton; his sons, John E. Frank (Willemijn J.) of St. Charles and Paul D. Frank (Megan E.) of Warrenville, Ill.; his grandchildren, Alexandra Frank of St. Charles, Amelia Frank of St. Charles and Jackson Frank of St. Charles; his son Hayden Frank of Warrenville, Ill.; his siblings, Charles R. Frank (Marilyn Wiley) of Suffolk and Catherine A. Schroer of Florence; and his sisters-in-law, Marjorie E. Bennett (Larry) of Muncie and Judith L. Colegrove (James) of Hartford City. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Geoff and his family would prefer memorials to an organization of the donor's choice or for masses to be given in his honor.
