She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fravel and Ruth Fravel (Chrisman); her husband Thomas N. Bulger; and her siblings, Charles Fravel, Dorothy Madden, Agnes Stewart and Robert Fravel.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas L. Bulger (Brenda) of Milford, Sally Vena (Bruce) of Mishawaka, Julie A. Harwood of Warsaw and Joni De La (David); and her siblings, Madeline Henley of Geneva and Richard Fravel (Sandy) of Geneva. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 20 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Granddaughter.
