She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Steffen and Anna Steffen (Isch); her husband Kenneth L. Cook; her sister Dorothy Terhune; and her granddaughter Caitlin Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Williams (Dawn) of Markle and Sheri Smith (Don) of Columbia City; her sister Ellen Geisel of Bluffton; and her grandson Ryan Smith (Miranda). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
