He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow W. Kiefer and Lucille Kiefer (Maddux); and his siblings, Fred Kiefer, Ronald Kiefer and Nina Sizemore.
He is survived by: his wife Linda of Bluffton; his sons, Eric Kiefer (Angela) of Bluffton and Kirk Kiefer (Elizabeth) of Corning, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Kayla and Kole Kiefer; his siblings, Celia Kiefer of Bluffton, Rex Kiefer of California and Tom Kiefer (LaVerne) of California; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Kiefer, Rita Kiefer and Hargis Sizemore.
The family prefers memorials be made in Don's memory to the Wells County 4-H BB Gun & Rifle Club instead of sending flowers or gifts. Donations can be mailed to the funeral home.
