He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil DeArmond and Mirle DeArmond (Wilson); his siblings, Bob, Charles DeArmond, Wanda Tarr and Rose Johnson; and his granddaughter Tisha Brooke Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly (Marshall); and his children, Judy Chapman (L. B.) of Huntington, IN, Diana Houdyshell (Richard) of Ft. Wayne, Trina Herron (John) of Liberty Center, IN, Rick DeArmond of Bluffton and Tyson McDonald of Bluffton. He is also survived by four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and three grt. great-grandchildren.
