He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Stultz and Grace N. Stultz (Winget); his daughters, Donna and Carla Stultz; his grandson Adam Studebaker; and his siblings, Dale Stultz and Sara Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Iris E. August; and his children, Nina Stultz of Bluffton, Dawn Koepke (Scottie Brown) of Fort Wayne and Scott Stultz of Bluffton. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Post 111 of Bluffton.
