With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale B. Foreman (Bluffton, Indiana), born in Muskegon, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2024 at the age of 68. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Foreman, and Lucielle Foreman, Jr. (Holley); and his grandparents, Thomas and Opal Foreman, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Susan Foreman of Poneto; his children, Eric T. Foreman (Emily) of Liberty Center and Tricia Patch (Mark) of Geneva; his brother Dave Foreman (Kathy) of Fort Wayne; and his stepsister Sherrie Hicks of Portland, Indiana.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lemler Funeral Home (308 W Washington St, Bluffton, IN 46714). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to charity of the Donor's Choice.
