She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph and Caroll Hook (Schlagenhauf); her husband James; her daughter Phoebe Zoll (James); and her brothers, Jack and James Hook.
She is survived by: her siblings, Anna Lee Ault of Bluffton, Armatha Green of Ft. Wayne and Jerry Hook of Bluffton; and her daughters, Pamela Durdahl of Bluffton and Caroll Powell of Bluffton. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Wells County Boys & Girls Club and directed through the funeral home.
