She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" E. Gutshall; her children, S. Shane Kemper of Franklin, IN and Lauren E. Schlotter (Aaron) of Bluffton; her grandchildren, Riley J. and Chloe R. Schlotter; and her stepsisters, Colleen Miller (Ken) of North Carolina, Deb Wasylk (Brent) of Ft. Wayne and Paula Johnson of Bradenton, FL..
In lieu of flowers and gifts, Cheryl's family request memorials be made to the American Lung Association.
