It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl R. Smallman Sr. of Bluffton, Indiana, born in Pineville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 27, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Tillman Smallman and Ethel Smallman (Allen); his wife Della M. Jackson; his son Carl R. Smallman Jr.; and his brothers, Charles, Joe and Everett Smallman.
He is survived by: his children, Dee Anna Smallman of Ashley and James W. Smallman of Ashley; his grandsons, Jason Stiffler (Jesi) and Adam Stiffler (Michele English); and his great grandchildren, Jason Stiffler II and Angel Stiffler.
