With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty L. Watters of Bluffton, Indiana, who passed away on November 23, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph F. Kiefer and Madelia Kiefer (Little); her son Douglas J. Watters; and her sister Patricia J. Moser. She is survived by: her husband Huston D. "Hugh" Watters of Bluffton; her daughters, Victoria Uhlemann (David) of Lacy, WA and Kathy Ankenbruck (Michael) of North Charleston, SC; her daughter-in-law Gail Watters of Bloomington, IN; and her brother-in-law Virgil Moser of Bluffton, IN. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
