With solemn reverence, we commemorate Arlene E. Habegger of Bluffton, Indiana, whose life came to an end on December 2, 2024 at the age of 97, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Bahler and Emma Bahler (Steffen); her husband Benjamin Habegger; her daughter Rita Habegger; her grandson Andrew Habegger; her great grandchild Rachel Brooks; and her brothers, Elmer, Alfred and Lowell Bahler.
She is survived by: her children, Sam Habegger (Darlene) of Bluffton, Ted Habegger (Jane) of Poneto, Tim Habegger (Teresa) of Bluffton, Rosemary Mounsey (Rod) of Poneto, Ruby Gerber (Doug) of Bluffton and Martha Stoller of Bluffton; and her sisters, Lora Kupferschmid of Paxton, IL and Janice Pfister of Leo. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 62 great-grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Bluffton North Apostolic Christian Church (630 E Dustman Rd, Bluffton, IN 46714). A burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at the Apostolic Christian Cemetery (1991 S 800 E, Bluffton, IN 46714).
