With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anna Louise Kaufman of Bluffton, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 7, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George S. McAfee and Mabel McAfee (Gentis); her husband Thurl; and her son Larry Colen. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Colen (Mary) of Bismarck, ND and Pamela Paxson (Steven) of Roanoke. She is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lemler Funeral Home (308 W Washington St, Bluffton, IN 46714). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Anna's memory to the Christian Care Good Samaritan Fund and should be sent to the funeral home.
