He was predeceased by : his parents, Betty Louise Boyer (Cracraft) and Melvin Boyer. He is survived by : his daughters, Leah M. Boyer of Bloomington and Lindsay A. Boyer (Jerad Stillabower) of Hope, Indiana; his siblings, Donna Anderson (Jim) of Apple Valley, MN, Julie Shertzer (Bryan) of Bloomington and Ron Boyer of Mishawaka, IN; and his caregivers, Brad and Ashlynn Carmichael of Bloomington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home and Crematory (4155 S Old State Rd 37, Bloomington, IN 47401).
