He is survived by: his children, Michael Lloyd Bowmer of Bloomington and Nicole LeAnne King (Steve) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Matt, Kane and Branson; his mother Margaret Bowmer of Bloomington; his siblings, Walter Bowmer Jr (Mary Jo), Phillip Bowmer, Debra Rayl (Roger) of Ellettsville and Beth Sego of Bloomington; and his friends, John Mosby of Bloomington and Crane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
