He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jimmy, Barb and Jeraldine; and his parents, Harold Benham and Elsie Benham (Hudson).

He is survived by: his wife Suzie; his children, Tony, Stephanie (Jen Schmitz) and Natalie David (Jay); his grandchildren, Addie, Mason, Zach, Aiden and Luke; and his sisters, Joyce and Julia.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Olcott Center, in Bloomington in honor of those affected by breast cancer.
