With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas Edward Atkinson (Bloomington, Indiana), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Thomas had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Thomas may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Atkinson and Ruth Atkinson; his wife Sandy Jo Wall of Bloomington; and his son Kyle Atkinson (Rachel) of Bloomington. He was also cherished by six grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Boys & Girls Club (311 S Lincoln St, Bloomington, IN 47401).
