She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. "Skip" Essick, Sr. and Dollie Essick (Wright); and her brother Charles L. "Larry" Essick, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Leslie Hartsock; her daughters, Tiffany Rinard (John) and Amanda Rubeck (Brent); and her grandchildren, Caitlin Rubeck, Madison Rubeck and Dylan Halleck.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Costin Funeral Chapel (539 E Washington St, Martinsville, IN 46151). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
