She is survived by: her parents, Oakleigh Westfall and Phyllis Westfall (Miracle) of Bedford; her children, Teresa Westfall of Bloomington and Joshua Freeman of Jeffersonville; and her siblings, Lisa Milburn-Westfall (Gil) of Colorado and David Westfall (Claire) of Washington State.
