She was predeceased by: her husband William Buczek (Bill); and her siblings, Frank Kondzik, Violet Kachurik, Anne Trestan and Helen Walsh.
She is survived by: her sons, Bob Buczek (Pat) of Bloomington and Jerry Buczek (Bernitta) of Clinton. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
